I’m getting deja vu asking this, but what short hairstyles will suit my round face?
Well, I’m getting my hair cut again, and I want it short – in fact it’s already quite short considering the longest layer is just below my chin.
It’s in bad condition, and I’ve tried everything, the only real solution is to cut the bottom bits (the worst affected from repeated straightening) off, and I would really love a short haircut that suits my face.
Unfortunately having a round face makes that very difficult. I know chin length styles will never suit me. I know to have lots of volume on the top, a side parting and a long side fringe. I have naturally straight-ish hair. It needs straightening to look sleek and so on, but it doesn’t really qualify as properly wavy.
What I’m really looking for, are suggestions of specific styles to suit my face shape, preferably with pictures. I have a small turned up nose, big eyes, and big lips, and I’m short, and of average weight (my friend told me that makes a difference.)
I really, really hope someone can help, I have no idea myself.
Wow, these are some rude answers – and not the advice I’m looking for.
Firstly – I do not "keep asking" I asked once, a long time ago, last time I had my hair cut, and I followed the advice I got then. Now I want new advice for a new haircut.
Secondly – my question was not "should I cut my hair – I have already decided to cut my hair, so don’t be so rude as to think you can alter a decision that has already been made.
Thirdly – my face is not chubby, it is round, it is not the same and there ARE some short haircuts which suit round faces – I have had some in the past – I am simply looking for ones I have not yet discovered.
Why do you have to keep asking if the answers you get are never good enough?

i know what you mean about the round face not chubby face problem, but a short blonde crop like Selma Blair’s does work…got it myself and is very in right now
